TUDOR EARNED HIS BACHELOR’S DEGREE FROM THE FACULTY OF LAW, UNIVERSITY OF BUCHAREST, AND LATER PURSUED A MASTER’S DEGREE IN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT, CONCESSIONS, AND PPPS FROM THE SAME INSTITUTION. 

Tudor joined the GNP team in October 2021 as part of the Competition & State Aid department. In his role, Tudor manages various tasks, such as overseeing administrative proceedings like sector inquiries and antitrust investigations, as well as handling merger clearance procedures. Additionally, he actively contributes to State Aid projects, demonstrating his adeptness at navigating intricate legal and industry-related challenges.

Moreover, Tudor actively assists clients across various industries, providing valuable insight into their day-to-day operations on competition law and related legal areas. The industries Tudor is acquainted with include Automotive, Insurance, Retail & FMCG, Digital Platforms, Energy, and Oil & Gas.
