Adelina is a Bachelor of Law of the faculty of law, University of Bucharest and has also completed a LLM program on Business Law with the same institution. Prior to joining GNP in 2023, she was part of the Corporate M&A team of another well-known business law firm.

Adelina provides extensive assistance on M&A projects for clients activating in various fields of activity. Her expertise involves advice on the entire transactional process, starting from the due diligence analysis, throughout negotiations, singing and closing the deal, and also the fulfilment of post-closing obligations.

Adelina has also assisted various companies in relation with a wide range of operations occurring in their daily business, specific analysis on various matters, drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements, including on employment matters and credit facilities.
