Cristina is a Bachelor of Law from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since November 2017

Previously to joining GNP, Cristina has gained experience in a national reputed law firm, being part of the dispute resolution department, ranked as leaders in this field, in Romania.

Cristina provides legal services within the dispute resolution practice with a particular focus on administrative, civil, commercial, consumer protection and intellectual property litigation, as well as national and international commercial arbitration.

She is a seasoned lawyer, advising a significant number of clients acting in various fields, such as construction works, energy, retail, banking, pharma, being involved in many projects in these areas of activity, by providing legal advice to clients on various matters.

She has a comprehensive expertise of civil and commercial law, having successfully represented clients in disputes arising out of commercial agreements, debt recovery, enforcement proceedings, intellectual property rights violation and construction contracts.
