ROXANA IS A SPECIALIST IN COMPETITION LAW, DATA PROTECTION, CORPORATE LAW, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTRACT LAW, AND REPRESENTED SOME OF THE MOST IMPORTANT MULTINATIONAL AND LOCAL CORPORATIONS IN THE PRIVATE SECTORS OF FOOD RETAIL, ELECTRONICS, ENERGY, IT & TELECOM AND ALSO IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR. 

She also holds a law degree from the Bucharest Law School and a Master Degree in private law from the same reputable university. In November 2018, Roxana absolved the first DPO (“Data Protection Officer”) courses, certified by the Ministry of Labor and Social Justice and the Ministry of Education.

On data protection matters, Roxana was involved in various projects on the analysis of the compliance with GDPR’s requirements and GDPR’s implementation.

Roxana joined GNP Guia Naghi and Partners starting with June 2019 and before that date she had a four years practice within a top Romanian law firm known as leader on the competition law market. Her expertise included, among others, assistance of different clients on certain issues arising in sector of competition, state aid, public procurement and commercial law and advising national and international clients in connection with matters entailing intellectual property, consumers protection and retail sectors.
