ROXANA IS A LICENSED LAWYER AND A GRADUATE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BUCHAREST, FACULTY OF LAW. ROXANA JOINED GNP IN JUNE 2023 AND HAD PREVIOUSLY WORKED WITHIN ONE OF THE LARGEST AND MOST PRESTIGIOUS LAW FIRMS IN ROMANIA.

Roxana provides legal services within the dispute resolution practice, litigation being her area of practice since the very beginning of her career.

She has relevant experience in providing legal assistance and representation in administrative and tax law matters, in a wide range of administrative and tax litigation, particularly in disputes seeking the annulment of individual administrative or regulatory acts issued by authorities.

Roxana has also provided legal assistance and representation in complex civil cases and disputes between professionals, in various contractual and tort liability cases, as well as in corporate law disputes (such as shareholder disputes, withdrawals, annulment of SGG resolutions).

As a litigation lawyer, she assisted her clients before Romanian courts at all levels, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
