Tudor is specialized in public procurement, company law, IP, however, his main field of expertise surrounds pharma and health care.

Graduated from the Law Faculty, he is a member of the Bucharest Bar ever since. Until 2018, Tudor was a senior lawyer in a reputed law firm in Romania. During such time, Tudor coordinated multiple projects in the pharma sector, working for some of the world biggest producers of medicinal products and also the main players in Romania (wholesale and retail distribution but also medical service providers).

As a seasoned pharma specialist, Tudor’s expertise was recognized at industry level, after being selected as one of the team members dedicated to the association of the producers of innovative in Romania for ongoing legal assistance.

Knowledgeable in negotiations and discussions with the Romanian authorities (NAMMD, Ministry of Health, NHIH), Tudor obtained for his clients notable successes (from reverting a court decision in respect of a public procurement procedure to executing various cost-volume contracts).

Finally, Tudor contributed with various expert writings in respect of the pharma industry.
