VIOLETA IS A LICENSED LAWYER AND A GRADUATE OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BUCHAREST, FACULTY OF LAW. SHE WAS ALSO AWARDED A LL.M. DEGREE IN INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION BY THE SAME INSTITUTION. VIOLETA JOINED GNP IN JULY 2019 AND HAD PREVIOUSLY WORKED WITHIN A LAW FIRM AFFILIATED TO A BIG4 COMPANY.

Violeta provides legal advisory services within the dispute resolution practice with a particular focus on administrative and commercial litigation. Prior to specializing in dispute resolution, Violeta has provided
legal consultancy services related to corporate, M&A and employment matters.

She has a in depth knowledge of the procedural law and her expertise includes administrative litigation, mainly related to the annulment of administrative deeds issued by public authorities such as Environmental Agency, Payments and Intervention Agency, tax authorities. She also assisted her clients with respect to the annulment of normative acts issued by national public authorities as well.

As a litigation lawyer, she assisted her clients with the submission of preliminary requests to the High Court of Justice, requests for referral to another court, unconstitutionality pleas to the Constitutional
Court and interim claims.

She has a comprehensive expertise of civil and commercial law, having successfully represented clients
in disputes arising out of commercial agreements, employment relations or debt recovery.
